Blimey, this is rapidly becoming one of our most-eaten meals this year. It's funny how you rediscover old recipes isn't it? I seem to recall when we first had it around our wedding we thought it was okay-ish, but now we can't get enough and we've had it pretty much every week since
it re-emerged in June.

Again we resist the lure of bad television and have dinner together in the dining room, over a glass of rose. I wish it was always summer.
