chick pea and tomato soup with chorizo

Despite our best efforts, tonight we had an extra pair of hands in the kitchen:


He quite likes stirring soup, and he likes chick peas *and* he's not in bed so he's happy as Larry. His ministrations turn out a good soup as well...

    I can't decide whether cooking with Ben is stressful or fun just yet. Probably the former but I shall soldier on through gritted teeth! this soup is now a favourite in this house - I am having it for my tea today in fact! yum

    Yes well, Kayosaurus was good in an administrative role whilst there. You can see she's clearly 'over-seeing' Milo who, incidentally, despite going on about how much he loved the soup and chick peas whilst making it, refused to eat it the next day
