Given the meatballs just needed heating up, I attempted to make parsnip crisps to use up at least one of the pesky blighters cluttering up the fridge. They kinda worked, but were too crispy to support even a modicum of houmous:

a bad thing & parsnip crisps
You do a good thing, and follow it up with a bad thing. I blame Ana, she failed to take Kendra's care pack when she went visiting, so we ate it last night and left none for the milos.
