angela boggiano's spinach and parmesan meatballs

And we're back to a full house again - harrumble! To celebrate we have a massive - and I mean massive - bowl of meatballs, plenty of vino (once Milo is in bed) and get stuck into our new Televisual addiction: The Walking Dead.


We can do the shopping tomorrow, but this was a pretty handy dish to finish off all the wilting veg in the fridge, which had the bonus of making it really thick. To the usual carrots, celery, onions and garlic in the source, this batch had courgettes and broccoli bunged in. So that's one dish with all five (six if you include the spinach in the meatballs) of your five a day on plate - and not a goji berry in sight!
